1. Studio Services

ILIOS SCULPT PILATES offers boutique Pilates classes, reformer Pilates, heated mat Pilates, private sessions, semi-private sessions, private events, childcare reservation options, retail products, and related wellness services.All services are subject to availability, scheduling, instructor availability, capacity limits, and studio policies.

2. Accounts and Booking

You may be required to create an account through our booking platform to purchase memberships, reserve classes, manage your schedule, join waitlists, book childcare, or purchase services.You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, current, and secure. You are also responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Memberships, Packages, and Payments

Memberships, class packs, private sessions, childcare services, and other purchases must be paid according to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable membership terms. By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on file according to the membership billing schedule.All pricing, services, and membership options are subject to change, but changes will not retroactively alter purchases already completed unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership agreement or required by law.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

Class reservations, private sessions, and childcare reservations may be subject to cancellation windows, late-cancel fees, no-show fees, and forfeiture of credits. These policies may be posted on our website, booking platform, membership agreement, or communicated at the time of booking.Late arrivals may not be admitted into class for safety, experience, or operational reasons. If you arrive late and are not admitted, the reservation may still be treated as a late cancel or no-show.

5. Childcare Reservations

Childcare may be offered as a convenience for members and clients during designated times and subject to capacity, staffing, age limits, reservation requirements, and studio policies.Parents or guardians must remain on-site or follow any specific studio policy applicable to childcare use. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly picking up children when required.We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue childcare services for safety, illness, behavior, capacity, staffing, or operational reasons.

6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Pilates, heated classes, strength-based movement, stretching, and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, dizziness, dehydration, overheating, falls, sprains, strains, injury, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.By participating in our services, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you have consulted a medical professional if needed. You agree to listen to your body, stop when necessary, and inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, limitations, pregnancy, postpartum considerations, or medical conditions before class.Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Pregnancy, Postpartum, Injuries, and Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, recovering from surgery, or managing any medical condition, you should consult your healthcare provider before participating. Our instructors may offer general modifications, but they do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

8. Studio Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, childcare staff, other clients, and children in the studio. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove a client from class, suspend access, or terminate a membership if conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or violates studio policies.

9. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

10. Photos, Video, and Social Media

We may occasionally take photos or videos in the studio for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy and obtain appropriate consent where required. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our staff.Clients may not photograph, record, or post other clients, children, staff, or instructors without permission.

11. Retail Purchases

Retail items may be subject to separate return, exchange, or final-sale policies. Any applicable policy will be posted or communicated at the time of purchase.

Program Description
